Job Description
Job Expectations:

Execute birthday parties in accordance with training and our Birthday Party Program
-
Communication with desk, Party Coordinator, Management and Party Host/ess staff
-
Work assigned Birthday party sessions on Saturday & Sundays as needed
-
Keep Party room clean, coordinated and organized with the assistance of party staff
-
Assist in providing customer service and a quality party experience to our customers by completing job tasks as assigned
-
Direct report to Party Coordinator and Manager on Duty

Availability on weekeends

Requirements
JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES

Host Birthday Parties in accordance with Sooner Bowling Center’s Party Guide for Hosts and training
-
Conduct a weekly inventory of party supplies with inventory sheet
-
Notify Party Coordinator and Manager when more supplies need to be ordered
-
Stock supplies as needed for party hosts/hostesses
-
Assist in keeping party room clean and organized
-
Organize host party tubs and birthday info sheets for each party
-
Make party pins for parties and special events
-
Coordinate with Desk staff on birthday parties and updates
-
Ensure your party area is clean after each session

Check out promptly with Party Coordinator to receive your party payment
